Your Most Comprehensive Path to Root-Cause Healing
Program Overview 

Thank you for trusting us with your health story. Many patients come to Sanctuary Functional Medicine after a long search for answers, healing, and hope. Wherever you are in your journey, we’re here to meet you with a plan built around your unique needs.
 

Your first visit is a 120-minute intake appointment that includes a full medical history, physical exam, and a review of the lifestyle, genetic, nutritional, emotional, spiritual, and preference-based factors impacting your health. One of our nurse practitioners gathers this information and collaborates directly with Dr. Potter to design your personalized testing plan. Together, they review your evaluation plan with you before our nursing team guides you through the next steps.
 

Our 12-month Intensive Program is designed to uncover the root causes of your symptoms and guide you toward a healthier, more abundant life, with a dedicated care team by your side every step of the way.

 

What to Expect
Up to 12 visits over 12 months with Dr. Potter and your care team, including:
 

  • Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant-Certified Registered Dietitian

  • Patient Care Coordinator

  • 10+ hours of personalized visit time

  • Ongoing support through secure portal messaging

  • Discounts on supplements and lab testing

 

Program Kickoff

Your journey begins with:

(1) 30-minute Welcome Visit with your Patient Care Coordinator

(1) 120-minute Initial Visit with your NP/PA and Dr. Potter

Additional visits include nutrition, supplement review, and follow-up consultations, along with flexible appointment time and continued support.
 

In addition to the standard lab work, your health challenges will likely require advanced testing.  Therefore, we also utilize a variety of specialty labs to dig into the root causes of your illness.  These include:
